How many times have you read a question on standardized testing and wondered what it is the test makers are even asking? We all have. If you've ever taken any kind of standardized testing before, and you probably have, chances are high that you've seen the same type of question before, and it's just wearing a different presentation. You may panic and think that you have no idea how to answer the question, but you probably do, so take a second and ask yourself, if you've seen this type (or anything remotely related) of question before. You may be looking at an inference question, or a punctuation question, or a slope-intercept question, in which case you've definitely studied the material before. Then it's a matter of following problem solving steps and arriving at an answer. I don't mean to make it sound like it's simple, but if you can recognize the type of question, you're more than halfway to getting an answer. We definitely have met!
